Institute for Performance and Learning

Our roots run deep. The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL), formerly the Canadian Society for Training  and Development, is a not-for-profit member-driven organization for professionals supporting learning and performance in the workplace.

We are a national community of experts, partners, newcomers and stakeholder from across Canada.  I4PL exists to elevate the performance and learning profession by setting the standard for excellence in professional practice through a competency framework, code of ethics, and sought-after professional designations.

Organizational Development Network

The Organizational Development Network (ODNET) is an international, professional association whose members are committed to practicing organization development intentionally and rigorously as an applied behavioral science. Guided by clearly-articulated core values, principles of practice, and ethical standards, the OD Network is committed to advancing the theory and practice of organization development by cultivating and serving those who aspire to effective, successful OD practice, and by representing the field of OD by promoting more visibility, credibility, and influence for its members. We offer an integrated portfolio of targeted resources, professional and community development experiences, and networking opportunities for our members, who come from all 50 states of the USA, Canada, Mexico, and around the world.

Association of Change Management Professionals

The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) provides oversight and management of a professional certification program for change management professionals leading the people-side of change. With this program, change practitioners, HR and OD professionals, project managers, and other change professionals can earn their ACMP (Change Management Professional) Certification.
